Every day we receive numerous phone calls, and a lot of requests for our products. Many of the queries concern the technical aspects of our trikes, or how to request an assessment. Quickly followed by,

Our response has always been: “you can contact one of the many charities that operate in the United Kingdom”; there are many charities who do such an amazing job. Unfortunately, today the scenario is changing and often charities, given the great demand, cannot meet all the requests, and the waiting times can be particularly long.
Recently, however, a new resource is becoming increasingly effective: crowdfunding. So, what is crowdfunding? Crowdfunding is the practice of funding a project or venture by raising monetary contributions from a large number of people, typically via the internet. Over the last 6-12 months we have received orders from families that have raised money for tricycles through specific crowdfunding websites.
And the beauty of this type of fundraising is that relatives, friends, friends of friends, acquaintances, perfect strangers… can give as much or as little help and support as they wish!
