We offer all our Van Raam customers a free, annual “Health Check” for the first 3 years following purchase, featuring:

• On-site technician’s visit within two months of the purchase anniversary.
• Full inspection and service to the maker’s service plan.
• A passport “M.O.T.” style report with recommendations for your records.
• On-site, software remapping, should your cycling preferences change.
• An optional, annual, Service Plan after three years.
• A fleet service plan for multiple machines.
• Prompt interim assistance should problems arise.

We are also pleased to offer the following services for Van Raam products not purchased through Tomcat.

• Prompt supply of all spare parts.
• An individual or fleet service plan.
