Tomcat Founder & MD Bob Griffin invited to present at Action Duchenne’s 15th International Conference
We’re pleased to announce that Tomcat will exhibit and present at Action Duchenne’s 15th International Conference on Friday 10th through to Sunday 12th November 2017, at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.
This conference is the preeminent Duchenne & Becker muscular dystrophy event in the UK.
The event attracts hundreds of people from the International Duchenne community, including people living with Duchenne, parents and family, pharmaceutical companies, clinicians and researchers.
Families and supporters are able to meet and learn about all aspects of the condition from international experts, as well as to find out from other families and those living with Duchenne muscular dystrophy, how to get the best life possible.
Bob Griffin will share his knowledge and expertise in the disabled cycling arena and give real-life examples of how a Tomcat trike can help build a child’s muscle tone.
Diana Ribeiro, Chief Executive Officer, Action Duchenne, said:
“Action Duchenne are delighted to present our most comprehensive and exciting program to date. For the first time ever we will have a dedicated Becker workshop welcoming the community and sharing ideas, as well as the best research on the horizon in Duchenne. This is in addition to the fantastic new adult sessions and fun and education for teenagers. It truly is the best place to be informed, be inspired and have hope and is the underpinning of what Action Duchenne does best, supporting the whole community.”
We look forward to meeting you at the event!
