This week, everyone at Tomcat is celebrating a proud milestone: our Marketing Manager, Nazia White, has been named one of Cycling UK’s 100 Women in Cycling for 2025.

Cycling UK—a charity that has championed cycling for more than 140 years—promotes all forms of cycling, protects the interests of riders, and inspires people across the UK to discover the joy that cycling brings. To be recognised by an organisation with such deep roots in advocacy and inclusion is an honour that resonates strongly with our values as a business.

Championing Inclusive Cycling Through Marketing With Purpose

At Tomcat, we design and engineer tricycles that ensure everyone has access to cycling—regardless of ability, disability or mobility condition. That is why Nazia’s recognition feels particularly meaningful. For more than nine years, she has brought energy, creativity and clarity to Tomcat’s marketing, ensuring that the stories behind our innovations reach the people who need them most.

Her journey with Tomcat grew from a passion for marketing with impact and a deep belief in inclusion. She has seen, first-hand, how thoughtful engineering, careful design and authentic storytelling can give someone back their independence. Through her campaigns, countless riders who once believed cycling was out of reach have discovered freedom again.

Marketing That Opens Doors, Changes Perception and Drives Access

Nazia has been instrumental in promoting Tomcat’s range of bespoke tricycles—engineered for people with disabilities and mobility conditions—and expanding our reach both in the UK and internationally. Her work has strengthened partnerships with clinicians, charities, and cycle centres, raised public understanding of the importance of inclusive cycling, and helped families and riders navigate what can often feel like an overwhelming journey.

Her leadership played a key role in the campaign that earned Tomcat the King’s Award for Enterprise in Export, using strategic marketing to amplify British manufacturing, engineering innovation and our commitment to accessibility.

A Voice for Inclusion Beyond the Workplace

Outside her role at Tomcat, Nazia is a passionate advocate for inclusive cycling communities. She is committed to platforming real stories from disabled riders and families, fundraising to support those who cannot afford adapted equipment, and championing organisations that make cycling more accessible worldwide. Her dedication to representation, accessibility and compassionate leadership has made her a respected voice across the sector.

Why This Recognition Matters

Cycling UK’s 100 Women in Cycling list honours individuals who are shaping the world of cycling for the better. Nazia’s inclusion celebrates not only her personal achievements, but also what Tomcat stands for:

  • Inclusion through design
  • Cycling as freedom
  • Engineering that adapts to the rider—not the other way around
  • Marketing that empowers people to discover new possibilities

We could not be more proud to see her recognised among women who are transforming the landscape of UK cycling.
