At Tomcat, we are proud to have supported Wheels for All for many years in their mission to make cycling accessible to everyone. Their dedication to inclusion has transformed lives across the UK, and we’ve been honoured to stand alongside them on that journey.
That’s why we’re delighted to celebrate the news that Chris Boardman CBE has joined Wheels for All as Patron. His involvement marks an exciting new chapter for the charity and brings national recognition to the importance of inclusive cycling.

Wheels for All: Making Cycling Truly Inclusive
Wheels for All is the UK’s leading inclusive cycling charity, dedicated to ensuring that everyone no matter their ability can enjoy the freedom of cycling. Through a nationwide network of hubs, the charity provides adapted cycles and trained leaders who create safe, welcoming environments for riders of all abilities.
For 13 years, Tomcat has been proud to stand alongside Wheels for All in this mission. Every Wheels for All centre across England is home to Tomcat trikes, giving riders access to safe, stable, and adaptable cycles designed to meet their needs. Together we co-designed the Dragon range, a product born from Wheels for All’s deep understanding of their riders and Tomcat’s expertise in engineering. This partnership has allowed us to innovate in ways that directly respond to the real-world experiences of the communities Wheels for All serves.
For Tomcat, this relationship is more than a partnership, it’s a shared journey of inclusion. Seeing Wheels for All grow, win national recognition and now welcome Chris Boardman CBE as Patron is a proud reminder of what can be achieved when organisations work together to break down barriers.
Pedalling Into the Future
With Chris Boardman CBE as Patron, the future of inclusive cycling is full of promise. Wheels for All’s ambition, that by 2029 every local authority will have inclusive cycling to offer, is one we at Tomcat proudly support. As the charity expands its hubs and centres, Tomcat trikes will continue to play a role in helping riders of all abilities experience the freedom and joy of cycling.
